Workshops for Mental Health & Education Providers

With a background as a parent educator and a clinician teaching intensive outpatient youth emotion‑regulation skills, I feel at home providing workshops for education, daycare, and mental health providers. My strategies are practical and client‑driven, so teams can use skills immediately, navigate real‑world barriers, and better support the communities they serve. Workshop partners include Julia Day Nursery, Ansonia Public Schools, the YMCA of Waterbury, and CTAEYC 2025.

Core topics include learning tools to manage challenging behaviors, building meaningful connections with families, emotional regulation and trauma‑informed classroom supports, and staff wellness, boundaries, and burnout prevention.

What makes my services special

My workshops are a space to learn and navigate barriers so teams can confidently support the communities they serve. I partner with organizations to facilitate sessions that equip staff with action‑based skills.

Participants leave feeling empowered and inspired, with clear next steps, practical tools, and the confidence to put learning into practice

Who I work with

I regularly partner with private daycare programs, school districts and individual schools, training organizations and professional development teams, and mental‑health clinicians and community providers.

I’m also open to working with other businesses and teaching opportunities—email specific requests to  Liz@ebullardcounseling.com and I’ll respond with options for customization, timing, and pricing.
