Ethical Conduct in a Preschool Setting
In this hour-long workshop, participants increased their awareness of ethical concerns and learned strategies to maintain and improve a high level of care and respect for themselves, their coworkers, and their classrooms. The session included introductions, an overview of key ethical principles relevant to preschool teachers, discussions on the application of these principles in day-to-day work, interactive scenarios addressing real-life ethical dilemmas, and an open Q&A session to address additional concerns.
